HAVILAND – Rhonda G. "Ronnie" Tovar, age 57, passed away early Thursday morning, December 14, 2017, at the Fowler Residential Care Center, Fowler, Kansas.

She was born June 26, 1960, at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the daughter of Jack and Ruth LaMoyne (Mayo) Jones. As a young girl she attended school in California. A resident of Haviland, she had worked in customer service for various retail stores and hotels.

She enjoyed watching television, her dog, and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by a son, Tyler Tovar of Haviland; a daughter, Jessica Tovar of Colorado Springs, Colorado; a brother, Ted Pranter of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; two half-brothers, Ty and Toby Jones; and two grandchildren, Tucker and Piper.

Private family memorial services will be held at a later date with inurnment in the Pioneer Cemetery, Beaver, Oklahoma. Cremation has taken place. Fidler-Orme-Bachman Mortuary, Meade, is in charge of arrangements.
