MEADE – James Michael Green, age 42, passed away Tuesday evening, May 14, 2019, at the Meade District Hospital, Meade, Kansas.

He was born April 15, 1977, at Cheyenne, Wyoming, the son of Vince and Kathy (Bosch) Coleman.  As a young boy he attended school in Cheyenne. In 1986, the family moved to Liberal, Kansas, where he made his home before moving to Meade.

He enjoyed fishing, playing his guitar and drums, and most of all, spending time with his children.

He is survived by his parents, Keith and Kathy Coleman of Liberal, Kansas, Vince and Susan Green of Cheyenne, Wyoming; two sons, Kody Green and Deacon Green of Meade; three daughters, Victoria Love Sullivan and husband Lloyd Appleton of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Darian Green and Savannah Green of Meade; a sister, Renee Thompson and husband Trevor and family of Liberal, Kansas; a stepbrother, Caolon McNamee and family; two grandchildren, Sophie and Gunner; Lynnsi Coker of Meade, Kansas, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Family visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. Sunday, May 19, 2019, at Fidler-Orme-Bachman Mortuary, Meade.  Following visitation, cremation will take place with a private family interment at a later date.

The family would welcome memorials to D.A.R.E. in care of the funeral home.
